I wouldn't care for certificates.

past performance, reputation from trusted people, and a good character is more important.

I find certificates to be pretentious and a marketing tool to dazzle customers to pay more. Doesn't translate into real performance.

Same principle as surgeons who hire expensive offices in places like Beverly hills or Harley street, London.

Certificates don't matter. Just look at results and their demeanor when you consult them.
