I already tried crest 3d strips but they didn’t work to the extent I was hoping for. No I am not going to use pnuemo’s guide and if u suggest it you’re a dumbass that’s how you crack your fucking teeth. Going to incorporate oil pulling and maybe diy H2O2 diluted mouthwash if these are said to not work.

If you use the gel with a bluelight or whatever it makes them pretty fucking white, what level of whiteness are you going for that the Crest strips can't do? They made my teeth porcelain white

They worked but there’s still a noticeably yellow tint, especially on my lower teeth. Maybe it’s cus I went to bed with them on like 50% of the time tho.

I don't have before and afters because I hated my teeth and still do because they are mangled and backswept, but I used the Crest 3D whitening strips

It won't do anything for development and if your teeth are shit (like mine) it's definitely worth it because it takes one insecurity off the list. The 12 ones are great yes

Yeah it'll last for a while if you discontinue and I wore them 30 mins nightly
