Yeah but i've seen it get promoted by a bunch of looksmaxers on tt like "bwython.maspe", also how would one know if they need a bigger masseters?

This is because the masseter connects from the gonion to the zygomatic bone. If your zygomatic is recessed your masseters wont look "bulgy" and "high inserted", high insert masseters dont exist, its only cheekbone recession/projection.

Chin Strap turbo cope, couple of the 3 free items are kinda good tho.
Jaw trainer is way better than chewing gum, but they break pretty easily.
Mouth tape can be good to avoid snoring and apnea, can be fucked if u have deviated septum but try it out.
Gua shua is maxcope dont bother
