your eye coloring is fine dye your eyebrows and groom them and just make sure their positively tilted and it will give the illusion of a better canthal tilt. i know you have probably heard this 100s of times but please grow out your hair, and get clean shaven. Also i know nasolabial folds can be hard to fix but thats a big nerf
