Never do permanent fillers.

The WHOLE idea why the filler is superior to fat-grafting or implants, is that fillers DO NOT LAST. This is NOT a bug, it is a feature.

If sth goes wrong, HA filler can be dissolved, you go back to normal, and then you can try other approaches. But if you do a permanent filler and have bumps, they cannot really do anything anymore.

Additionally, nose is a dangerous area to do fillers due to vessels, where the injection can cause blindness. While the risk is small, I personally would opt for traditional rhinoplasty.
