You should work out more often. I know someone who benched 220 at 15.

ok im also wondering if i should do encomiphine if anyone reading this knows somthing about enclo or has taken it in the past please tell me

It's hard to say at that age
Some kids are almost fully developed at 15, while others have barely started puberty

The most important thing is that you're making progress

Keep up the good work bhai!

i mean it’s alright,
I’ve got the standards at 152lbs 5”7
2 plate bench, 3 plate squat 4 plate DL
I’m 16 but when I was 15 I couldn’t bench 2 plates.

However I want you to understand that you need to go more than 3 times a week. I’ve been lifting since 13 and it took me 2 years before I could do those lifts.

At ur gym try and find an autist like me that’s willling to show you the ropes (not the bad one:feelswhy:)

And just go from there, and just train like a bodybuilder, dont take PEDs yet, but eat as much as you can.
