I know youve heard it all before from family and shit. But it really isnt worth pinning, especially at almost 18 for you. Not because it won't make you have tons of progress. But because physique beyond 2 or 3 years doesnt help appeal really and getting there in a bit less time at the cost of aging you isnt worth. Not that 5 years isnt better per se but diminishing returns and cost of health
