Are these results achievable with bimax with ccw?

I have a long midface due to my long nose. Shortening it isn't possible; the only option is a CCW. I created a morph, trying to achieve a CCW, but it looks more like I just shortened it. Or would it look the same with a CCW? I also sculpted implants in the bridge of my nose and browridges.

Perhaps, but if you're knowledgeable, please answer my question. Does the side of the nose really appear shorter, or is there nothing that can be done and the only option is a non-existent nose-shortening surgery?
