Sorry man but for summer shoes you can't realistically expect more than 1-1.2 inches of increase (on top of the heel) at most before it looks retarded, no way around it. GuidoMaggi's loafers section doesn't have models that go beyond 2.4 inches cause you can't keep summer shoes NT-looking past that.
