Measurements say im 18% but i'll give benefit of the doubt and stay a bit larger

as a natty being between 15-20% is good for not looking as much dyel in clothes although not in terms of facial leanness

My frame is huge already i think getting to 10% would benefit more in clothes too i feel i would be much more pleasing to the eye

In looksmaxxing standard the only acceptable and optimal % is 10-12 thats why im working to get there avg normie is 25% or more

You can tell if you need those surgeries at 50% bodyfat so you'll be fine.
