Are these workouts regiment enough for building lean muscles?

Assuming doing these x3 times/week with yoga and breathwork the day inbetween, having protein shake and creatine as supplement everyday.

Or do I need to go to the gym, what equipments are superior at the gym?
 
They are enough.
