Are third worlders too reliant on remittances (deathnic and africans only GTFIH)

I always hear about deathnic relatives and foids (looking for passport bros to scam money off of) always begging for money but they seem to always spend it straight away instead of pooling it together and trying to start a small business. Not that I have a right to judge, but they can’t rely on relatives in first world countries forever. What are you going to do if they end up unemployed or something

Personally IDC, but a lot of first world ethnic people I know seem to share that sentiment (‘do they think we have infinite money?’)
