Are those surgeries worth it for me?

Cheek implants, Lateral commisuroplasty(mouth widening) and lower blepharoplasty for my persistant eyebags.
i was noticing on some before and after cheek implants can improve under eye bags so the last one might not be needed, i would do those surgeries if it could elevate me to at least chad lite, dont know if its worth the trouble to go from mtn to htn

trimax (lf1 cut under nasal spine since the nose isn't downturned and the nasolabial angle is bad) and commissuroplasty

can't tell you how to solve ur nasojugal folds just from these pics but either tear through/infra implants or fat grafts (depends which u need)
