if it bothers you can just use concealer on it, but only and only just on top of it cuz its eye area. I can see the mole but idk what the other thing is but you can put on it as well if its slightly different color than you skin. Ask the lady on the beauty shop what product to put on the mole to conceal it, she would show you one that goes with your skin color
