yes, tomatoes have something in it that improves colouring i dont remember what its called, but ur better of supplementing it

yes i did it at extremley high dose for months, and nothing not even a slight tint in my skin color changed, and im really white so would have seen a red tint if it worked

keep in mind its fat soluble, did u just take it straight up or did u take it with a meal (rep btw )
