Are tomboy foids chad only?

Most people me included who want a tomboy foid want a foid with shorter hair(which isnt gay human males are meant to have long hair and foids short but agri revolution reversed it) and with male hobbies(aka having hobbies which arent just sucking chads cock(female hobbies)) . However they seem to not exist
