Cant change the wiring of the brain. You can definitely mess with it with a lot of hormones and chemicals, but there are no trans female to males who are doing things like being an engineer or mechanic unless they were doing that before they transitioned. So if we were to accept female to male transexuals then 99.9% would just be women basically, with the extremely rare one who acts like a man
