If I were to fly out and get surgery for purely aesthetics from a good surgeon like Raffaini or Ramieri could results like this even be achieved?

you wouldnt see changes so high up in the maxilla. bro you morphed all the way up to the orbits it seems.
and rarely are there permanent nose changes. i remember a girl posted on the JS sub about "muh free rhino" but it was just the swelling lol. kinda felt bad since ofc it went away and she never posted about it again
