There's good and bad surgeons in any country.
Look into having a rhinoplasty with an ENT surgeon, as opposed to a plastic surgeon. An ENT surgeon specialises in the eyes, nose, and throat, and will give you a natural result.
A plastic surgeon, especially in Turkey, tend to produce a more 'augmented' type of aesthetic. This can look quite 'done' and feminine.
I know a few ENT doctors that I've found in Turkey - PM me if you want their names.
