Are turkey rhinoplasty doctors good or do they cause deformities?

I really need to get my nose done but I read it’s some of the most complex surgeries out there

I m thinking of going to turkey to omarfaiksaigun or to Iran shahyar yahyavi or to UK if they’re good at treating ethnic southeast Asian/middle eastern nose

Idk who to choose

Depends on the surgeon. I got nose surgery(septorhinoplasty) for free due to deviated septum in Turkey and my nose looks pretty good.

Depends on the surgeon. I got nose surgery(septorhinoplasty) for free due to deviated septum in Turkey and my nose looks pretty good.

His results are not really good...

I don’t want an upturned nose as upturned nose on males are ridiculously bad(feminine)

I had actually met with a promising surgeon in Pakistan(don’t look at the country, rather look at his results)
I talked to him face to face few months before corona rocked the country, I told him I wanted an ala base reduction slightly and ala rim graft but he declined and instead suggested he would increase radix of my nose(alien effect) and make nose tip higher than that of columella(this would cause exposed nostrils/philtrum effect)

Idk why he refused to do ala base reduction(just slight reduction, not massive)

I want to get my nose done in Turkey (i'm UK), but I want a hair transplant too, and I really want to get it all done in one trip/one clinic, too avoid messing about and get a fast PSL increase

If any looxmaxxing nerd happens to know of a place with good reviews in both procedures, let me know!

Otherwise, i'll likely make one trip to get a HT (probably hairofistanbul or someone), and then make another trip to get my nose done by someone like Sulyman Tas

Almost all turkey rhinoplasty surgeons make this error of making the nose too upturned aka nostril flaring
That causes a highly feminine result...
They even seem to remove the tip completely from the frontal view which is not good as u need a bit of tip from the front to make it look natural and good

If a surgeon has mass experience in giving a certain look then he cannot suddenly change and start giving a different look with perfect results.
Even top US surgeons make mistakes when they handle different shape nose patient looking for a different result

yeh, you dont really know what youre gonna get unless you have a généric nose that the doctor has delt with in the past and he shows you. Even for me, its a huge gamble. Ive never seen anyone with a nose like mine get a rhino lmao. I dont expect a good job at all. Im mainly looking for an alarplasty and a nice well defined bridge. Fortunately, my bridge is moderately high so it wont be too difficult to shape it correctly

ON some of us it feels like a big gamble which is why I put it off for so long.
Like, I have a shit nose, but it's not ridiculous. It if was, it would be an easy decision to make
My nose has too much nostril show from the side/too flared from the front (although I actually like a bit of flair), it's a little bit bulbous and is just a bit big. But the thought of his giving me some little girly nose it a bit worrying lol.
