Are Turkish/Kurdish People white?

turkey is located in Europe and Asia, but most Turkish and Kurdish people are often pretty pale skinned and often tend to have colored eyes. Ofc they’re not a western country and the identification of “white” varies, but they also have great history/ancestry Kurds also have yamnaya blood. So to my question: Are they considered white or middle eastern?
