Are Ukrainians dumb?

What if Ukraine accepts being entirely annexed by Russia, and then Ukrainians start breeding like rabbits until they're the majority while Russians are dying out. Then Ukraine will have de facto annexed all of Russia to the Pacific ocean and they can eventually rename the whole country Ukraine when they're the majority. Am I just really smart or are Ukrainians too dumb to think of this?
