I want to apply undereye fillers cause nothing that i do can fix it, i already tried serums, i sleep around 8 hours a day and i also have a healthy diet, but nothing solves it so i want to go by that way, is it safe to apply them before 21? It can in someway deform my face or eye area? maybe its a stupid question lol
