Are ur jeans normally loose or completely fit??

Like in this pic , pant's on the right are a bit on longer side. Is this how normally pants are supposed to be?? A bit longer than natural inseam(crotch to ankle) or they fit completely.

In terms or length ,Not width , like u jeans just end at/above ankle or are a bit on the longer side

So we need to buy jeans with a bit longer inseam right?? If my actual inseam(crotch to ankle) is 30 then i need 32 or 33 inseam
