I have started to eat 1 kg of wok vegetables every day. I don't fry them in oil; I just microwave them. Fewer calories and microwaving saves nutrients, that's what I heard. I know about vegetable tan (and I take beta-carotene, no effects so far) but do vegetables improve skin quality or hair?

Yes, carrots make it so you can see through foids clothes, brocolli makes you absolutely yolked, onions make you high T because you learn to resist crying like a soyboy and eggplants makes your pp grow.

A lot of nutrients and they are very satiating. Makes losing fat easier.

And eating 1kg of (cultivated) vegetables daily isn't?
No, it isn't, humans have always eaten vegetables. You should too if you want to adhere to the most natural diet.

Just ate 0,5 kg of vegetables and I feel so full. I might drop the daily dosage to 0,5 kg if I have to lower calories to get to 10% body fat.

Anyway, vegetables are good for health, so they are looksmax in the long run. Usually, sick people look worse than healthy people and I'm not even mentioning the quality of life. But I was more interested in short-term things, not on if I avoid a heart attack when I'm 57 years old.
