they aren't calorie dense per say.. for 100g they have only about 30-40 calories

problem is, an entire watermelon is on average even up to 9 kilos.. that'd be over 2500 kcal and no protein :feelswhat:

if you aren't competing or anything it really doesn't matter as long as it resonates within your goals.

you have your entire life to diet and train, enjoying yourself with good food is not bad and is recommended to keep your mental high

but for the future, try to stick to protein dense foods instead. it will avoid overrating and will help muscle gain significantly.

ok i actually only ate about half of the watermelon im not as fucked
