Are we positive Chromium P and Alpha Lipoic Acid are a good sub for Berberine?

Well, as everyone else in the forum, I DONT WANT DIABETES. I was originally going to take berberine but that drug is stupid as fuck because it hinders the effects of what you’re taking. They are a good substitute. But if your levels are still high, take berberine and exercise a lot.

Well, the response is different. you might get low blood sugar cause your levels isn't raised high
