not cope, just not great. read pneumos thread. try and get 45% hydrogen peroxide from ebay, gingivia gel, a curing light, and mouth opener from aliexpress, and diy a professional whitening with even better hydrogen peroxide.

if you use a retainer that u put on overnight, buy opalescence pf 35% whitening gel
its in a syringe so you just squeeze some of it onto your retainer and leave it on overnight, its extremely effective. from personal experience my smile/teeth are one of my most complimented features because i used this whitening gel

I heard if you get the opalscence 45% with trays its way better then whitening strips cause thats the brand dentists use when giving out take home trays
yes exactly what i was writing lmao

Just get trays made from a dentist and buy the whitening gel yourself. Probably the best way to whiten your teeth without raping your enamel.

you wear it overnight? Or how long and how many drops on your retainer?

i wore overnight, just 4 drops on my retainer where like the front 4 teeth are. u dont need much since when u put the retainer on the gel will spread.
you dont even need to do it that often either, results stay for a while

what if you got a wider smile? or is more drops not needed since I dont want uneven whitening. So you pretty much wear it for 8 hours+? and how often would you say u use it? have u also tried the 45%?

wider smiles would most likely need more drops, basically i just put 1 drop for every 2 teeth that show if that makes sense. Yes, i wore for 8+ hours and sometimes i would get mild sensitivity the morning after but it went away within like 3 minutes max. you probably dont need to wear it overnight, but thats what i did. i havent tried 45% yet, but my guess is that it would whiten faster but at the cost of more sensitivity, not sure though. Im thinking about buying some more since i recently ran out. I only used it probably 1 night per month

they’re not cope, but it’s like trying to build muscle on peptides when you have test.

It works, but it’s not the best choice.

hydrogen peroxide > whitening strips

now mark as solution :feelsez:
u rlly finish for those huh what does me even marking it as a solution do for u
