Are women just as insecure about height?

Normally I don't feel a lot of sympathy for women in regards to their struggles in their physical appearance, as they have it MUCH easier in that sense. But today at school, I was partnered with this girl in the back of the room who is like 5'9-5'10 ish (not very rare, I go to a white zoomer school), and she was constantly hunching around me (I am a weak 5'7). And by hunching, I mean like EXTREME hunching, even more than this:

Even though she normally never hunched, at least not to that extent. I also recall one time when out teacher asked for help reaching something and she immediately said that she was pretty short. Are women just as insecure when it comes to height?

The only tall women that are actually insecure about height are the ones who are 6’1+ since you’re taller than most men at that point. 5’8-5’10 women are also considered tall, but most men are that height or taller so it’s not really as big of a dealbreaker. I will say this though. Ethnic tall women have it far worse than tall white women. For obvious reasons. It’s kind of a double edged sword. Being short doesn’t matter as much for white men compared to ethnics and being tall isn’t really as big of a failo for whites women as it is for ethnic women.
