Ok, obviously implants over wing then. Can implants get infected down the line though, say two years after insertion? Or is it just an initial problem, and after the wound's healed it can't get infected later?

depends on the implant but infection chance is very low.

Retired surgeon. Dr. T-something. Rumored to have done Tom Cruise's implants.

I would recommend Dr. Yaremchuk. It is who I will see. Most of his results look good while Eppley's look like dogshit.
