I myself have always been a night owl ever since my early teens and usually took nightshifts at any job I've worked

Unironically some actually do it and comes easy for them. Seen it many times with family members. They don't realize how lucky they are to naturally sleep at times that don't get disrupted by typical work schedules or noise pollution. Often times when I'm trying to sleep, the morons cutting grass at 7am or any early morning hour wake me up. Getting your sleep ruined sucks

I naturally sleep usually from 4am to 12pm or sometimes even later depending on the day, so nightshift has worked best for me. I've worked 6pm to 6am shifts many times at my last job and although it was very long, it was on hours that meshed with my sleep schedule better than a day job. Currently a neet for now, but whatever job I get next will surely be nightshift. Unfortunately for me, I essentially never sleep straight through and wake up at least once every sleep, and it's hard to get back to sleep. Been like that for 5+ years at this point.

Biggest downside to being a night person is dealing with sleeping in hours unprotected from noise ordinances, which means stuff like yard work or early construction can make it impossible to sleep.
