Take my brother’s wife (soon to be ex) for example. She didn’t want to partake in a simple cultural “goodbye” ceremony since it’s “not Islamically required,” but at the same time wanted a honeymoon, which isn’t even an Islamic concept. And they had three of those. JFL. She wears hijab and abaya. Clothing doesn’t mean anything, she’s not a good person. Emotionally abusive and recently also physically abusive. She also thinks sitting next to male strangers on the bus or on the plane “isn’t problematic.”

I also think gems exist, but they’re very rare. 99.9% of the times, they’re taken. My oneitis was like that but she was semi-corrupted (used social media). But from my observations, she seemed like a gem (not making eye contact with men, walking around them (usually)). She’s married already. Had her nikah ceremony last year.
