I am in favor of work, but it should be appropriately rewarded. Both in terms of financial compensation aswell as having the work be fullfilling such as when an employee gets social acknowledgement for the results of his skilled labor.

This isn't the case with a lot of jobs and for most people. In which case I am antiwork and people should do the bare minimum to get by in life. Whether that is working part-time or getting government handouts. It's fair-play.

They also tend to overproduce in certain times, causing an economic crash where workers are laid off (and logically those who fight to get a job accept lower wages or overhours).
In these same busts the bigger corporations can monopolise markets while smaller enterpreneurs or shop owners etc. are eaten up since they are not as flexible at setting prices or production. Alongside overly excessive planned obsolescence (including trends through mass culture industry, alongside the usual shit products), exhausting natural reserves only to stock shelves with products that no one can or wants to afford or which break quickly enough to have returning customers.
Not to mention the state intervening in favour for the profit-based economy, trying to absolve its contradictions with bailouts, austerity, union busting or changing laws etc.
Wageslaving is an accurate term since you dont see the fruit of your labour nor can you decide over it democratically. Production is collectivised but the aquisition of the products (thus the market and the wages you get) is still private; thats a silly contradiction.
Profit system has to be destroyed and we might actually see lower working hours, better products and a less commodified life within our current means already, instead of filling the pockets of the same few bastards over and over. Production according to need.
