Aesthetics are one thing, but the cleanliness makes it more appetizing. My last lover had never given head because she felt it was nasty bcause of foreskin - until she met me. I will say I have an exceptionally gl penis though, so that counts in aswell.
Botched cicumcisions also are a thing and can look terrible. Philosophically I’m against circumcision. Unless it is for your own preference sake or for medical reasons.
