Im going to college in around 80 days, and it feels really disappointing to have to sit at home doing nothing the whole time. I do have a "job" but its only 8 hours a week and i know my parents arent satisfied with it. At the same time what type of job would accept someone who will only work for 80 days?

Do you guys have any tips

You can work as a shelf stocker or a cashier in a big store, atleast thats what i do. They allow me to work on summer break

im in probably one of the biggest cities in the US so yeah im on max difficulty
For sure gonna be frustrating, if you get lucky you might find a store 10 minutes away thats willing to let you work in that small period of time, if not probably like 20-25 minutes away.

Considering your in a big city you probably have more stores around you which means more options.

lucky guy
I was trying to apply to many, McDonald etc. nothing. But my father told me to work for his friend, by painting houses. I’ll be working on black, like not legal technically. And he pays every 3 or sum days, like when we finish painting the house of a client they will pay us
