maybe the reason im so miserable is because i do this to myself
i think if i fixed sleep and diet my metabolism would improve without me having to gymmaxx hardI eat pizza, little meat and ice cream + Eggs and liver. + supplements for nutrients.
I sleep as much as possible.
Exercise is unhealthy and cope.

my body forgot what a cirdadian rhythm is after staying up these past 2 nightswell, i sleep enough but lately fucked up my sleep pattern again , no one imo shouldnt be going to sleep past midnight, circadian rhythm plays a role in health, not just sleeping enough.
