Yes my whole family on both sides can digest milk because we come from northern europe

Yep.

I had 300ml chocolate milk in the morning.

And 500ml of fresh milk 20mins ago.

Feels great.

No reaction whatsoever.

Why do people think lactase persistence is a white only trait?
There's a separate east african mutation for lactase persistence that I have, we are perfectly able to handle milk and have been drinking, camel, goat, cow milk for thousands of years.

idk I just feel normal. It's possible our mutation for lactase persistence works differently than the european one. What I'm sure of is I don't get gassy, sick, uncomfortable, etc after consuming any amount of milk.

Just had 1 litre of choco milk within 5 hours.

It's 47 grams of lactose altogether.

I just have mild discomfort.

No farts no diarrhea or whatever.
