Sometimes yes, sometimes no. What I can say for sure is that since I started eating at a slight caloric surplus, my test has increased noticeably. I have more energy and feel more focused on everything I do. It's even gotten to the point where I feel I might need an outlet for all of this brewing vitality. Maybe I'll do some martial arts or try to channel it through some other means, like playing a musical instrument.

Are you pinning now or just naturally macho? I've never taken any hormones, but would probably be willing to try at some point.

Not pinning now. Just naturally macho. I dont know my natural Testosterone levels in 2023 but when I checked my natural Testosterone in 2017 then it was 923 ng/dl which is high natural range.

Since Testosterone levels are genetic for the most part i believe its around the same right now. Environmental factors dont affect Testosterone as much as people think

That time when I tested at 923 ng/dl , I was even taking estrogen pills (estradiol valerate) and still got a high result for Testosterone blood test.

They’re nonsense because really, what is the point—you have a regime of supplements to take for every mood that you want to support? It seems so counterproductive to me.

A lot of people fall down the supplement rabbit hole and don’t seem to ever get out. Wasting time, money, and risking physical safety for marginal benefits.

With an increasing supp stack/regime comes the risk of increased interactions between one another

No supps are shown to impact mortality in any positive sense and QoL difference is extremely marginal, best case scenario. If you want to feel good, work out, walk outside, do normal things. You’re greatly overstating these products efficacy.

Mixed dosage, some day more some day less

Try 1 gram l theanine and report how you feel.

Damn that sounds a lot, but I'll work my way up to it gradually, so I should be there in due time. I really find that it works well in combination with caffeine as well.
