my mind is never silenced. is this bad? I'm constantly burning calories over useless thoughts. is my mind meant to be quiet at times? I wanna stop thinking of random shit like singing songs in my head etc

if you're always deep in thought, then no that's not normal. start meditating or sum shit for mindfulness, actually useful for stopping useless thoughts from my personal experience

I think I might have adhd also ngl. just realised I'm likely a mentalcel few hours ago lol. but ye fr, my mind is always thinking some shit, never silenced. im bulking but not seeing gains despite eating shit ton and not exercising coz I think I have fast metabolism due to this

no, thinking won't make you have fast metabolism lmao trust I'm 200 iq and my metabolism is average.
How long you been bulking for? go to some doctor and get diagonis if u have some mental health issue. Meditation and journaling are unironically really good for your mental health (from my experience and other people's experience.)

The sensations in your body is the truth of what is really going in inside of you- any trauma, discomfort or other emotion you feel, will be first manifested from sensations in your body.

Most people are so out of touch with them that they literally react uncontrollably to anything. They don't know what they really feel

about a month maybe. trying to increase insulin for heightmaxxing

rumination is terrible look into CBT therapy that you can do yourself while living in the moment experiencing the environment
