invite one or two of your mates and try to integrate yourself into their groups slowly

I tried my best but unless i initiate something people don't invite you places and shit. I have adhd so people think i'm "too much" / energetic

and i literally tried to link with a guy with aspergers that i knew at school, but he was flaky so i took that personally and cut him off, my main problem is i'm not a social butterfly

Yeah i have severe adhd i think. can't even do well at school tbh. So friendships are out the window
