Not necessarily. The difference between how they treat someone who is 5+ PSL and below maybe 2 PSL is sort of obvious. But 99 % of men are somewhere in the middle. The difference between how a 3 PSL and 4.5 PSL is treated by random women is not that dramatic.

Sure, if you count ''not playing numbers game'' as standardcel. A lot of self claimed incels would get some if they forced themselves to socialize non stop to find some foid willing to give him some time, but if the juice is not worth the squeeze usually i wouldn't go so far to call them standardcels.
