My jaw width and bloat is my issue I can do 5 as well slightly more jaw width and better chin would be mogger for me I have an angular ramus wit good angle alresdy. Then I can tilt fraud and jutt and run jaw is law game

I think it's definitely the maxilla in my case
it's not very bad, I won't do any insane surgeries. hopefully Invisalign and maybe nasolabial fold fillers (if that's a thing) will fix my issue

I believe you can get Botox Or hyaluronic acid injections to hide the folds. Don’t quote me on it though. Laser skin resurfacing and tret also helps reduce them.
