I wouldn’t risk getting fillers. I know they are a lot more expensive but you could just go for custom jaw implants and if you really want some infraorbital implants that wrap a bit around the zygo as well

filler is more precise and natural looking than implants in many cases. there's mainly a risk of migration with large volumes, in which case you dissolve and restart
