I disagreeThumbpulling had to be the dumbest crap I ever did
So I should also do this. Let's go! Thanks buddyNO, thumbpulling worked for me (IMW 38mm -> 41mm, IPMW (2nd) 34mm -> 36mm)
It just works brah, watch the vid
And just last thing, does bonesmashing works? And is it good to doI disagree
In a study even 86N of force was enough to split A 70YO'S PALATE
HowThumbpulling had to be the dumbest crap I ever did
Smashing is copeAnd just last thing, does bonesmashing works? And is it good to do
Look what he's saying @RecessedShortcelSmashing is cope
We are 2 parallelsThumbpulling is cope but bone smashing somewhat works
So who should I trustWe are 2 parallels

How do we know that’s evidence tho like it might not be accurateMe
I have literal evidence on my own self

As far as ik bonesmashing causes swelling, which can create the appearance of more prominent bones for a little. But yeah I do think it’s cope, Wolfe’s law (which is often used to “back” bonesmashing) only applies when the pressure to the bone is constant.Smashing is cope

Patel is a jester jfl, wood has better advice. And why follow anybody? Do your own researchThere’s lots of anecdotal evidence and arguments on both sides in regards to thumbpulling. Generally i advise to just get a palate expander (which applies the same forces thumbpulling tries to imitate) since over time thumbpulling is gonna fuck something up in there fs. and stop taking advice from oscar patel i’m fairly certain he was exposed as a grifter a while ago

For how many time did u do it, and how many times a day/week. Like, explain how did you do it. And what age are you too pls.NO, thumbpulling worked for me (IMW 38mm -> 41mm, IPMW (2nd) 34mm -> 36mm)

Age 15 >6 times a weekFor how many time did u do it, and how many times a day/week. Like, explain how did you do it. And what age are you too pls.
Ok thanks so much, but i don’t think that i can do it every hour.Age 15 >6 times a week
Pull at the back of the hard palate, between the first molars, your thumbs close to the midpalatal suture for 1 minute, same shit at the front. One good pulling area I found it the pterygomaxillary fissure, google where the hamular notch is and pull them apart for a minute. The pain should never be sharp or be in teeth, don't touch teeth or gums
Repeat every hour
Every 2 thenOk thanks so much, but i don’t think that i can do it every hour.
How did u do it every hour or every two hours. Cause i’m 15 too, and yk when you’re at school you will not thumbpullEvery 2 then
Go to the toilet or after every classHow did u do it every hour or every two hours. Cause i’m 15 too, and yk when you’re at school you will not thumbpull
Everything to ascendGo to the toilet or after every class

. Oh and how long did it take to see results like yoursyes lol just get marpeAre oscar patel's methods are cope like thumbpulling etc. and for the forward growth of maxilla, is there only mewing that can I do, I'm 16.

Ok thks, that’s quick. Have you tried zygopulling ?
Not yetOk thks, that’s quick. Have you tried zygopulling ?
Ok so i’ll try allat for 3 months, zygopulling too, but more like 2-3 times a day for zygopulling cause it’s more dangerous and more painful. I’m rn at 40mm between my two first molars, i have a maxilla recession (not horrible) and flat zygo (not just the bloat). I used to have an underbite, but i got an orthodontic treatment. (Sorry if my english’s bad that’s my 2nd language)Not yet
Make sure to zygopull at the right spot, locate your zygomaticomaxillary complex and pull to the outer side of thatOk so i’ll try allat for 3 months, zygopulling too, but more like 2-3 times a day for zygopulling cause it’s more dangerous and more painful. Chin tucks work thoNo he’s real but chin tucking is retarded
There is no scientific evidence supporting zygopulling it won’t work just cause temporary swellingOk so i’ll try allat for 3 months, zygopulling too, but more like 2-3 times a day for zygopulling cause it’s more dangerous and more painful. i do not zygopull on my skin, it’s in my mouth, behind the boneChin tucks work tho

It only swells your skin temporarily, don't expect any great results. And just last thing, does bonesmashing works? And is it good to do
Still doesn’t work tho. For that to even remotely work you need constant pressure applied for long periods of time. Please don’t waste your time doing thisOk so i’ll try allat for 3 months, zygopulling too, but more like 2-3 times a day for zygopulling cause it’s more dangerous and more painful. Sorry but i’ll try it, but i’ll be careful. And what do u think about thumbpulling ?Still doesn’t work tho. For that to even remotely work you need constant pressure applied for long periods of time. Please don’t waste your time doing this
I’d say it’s the same, the force from the thumbs is not enough to move the bone and you also won’t be applying pressure all the time so there basically won’t be any results. The only thing that actually works are orthodontic devices because they apply continuous pressureSorry but i’ll try it, but i’ll be careful. And what do u think about thumbpulling ?

Instead of just calling me a grey explain why they don’t work![]()
