I'm from Argentina, and I can tell you that there are towns and cities with a predominantly white population, primarily descendants of Italian, French, Spanish, German, and Polish immigrants. There are also other towns and areas with a majority of Indigenous descent. In recent decades, there has been significant immigration from Paraguay and Bolivia, which has worsened Argentina's original European ethnicity, but overall it remains fairly white.
