Arginine improved my erection

Im using arginine as of late and i dont know if its placebo if its just for the moment or what but my erection is way better.I know that promotes better blood flow and shit but im taking for 3-4 days and its strange to me if its working that early.

Try eating more peppers like green peppers red peppers, they seem to work as well. Also start stopping half way mid piss to improve erection works well too

im trying to eat more garlic i know that improve blood flow stopping half way thru pissing is not that healthy if your doing it too often
