the reason why veganism is gaining traction is because of commercialized meat . eating plant based is much healthier than eating meat coming from commercial farms since the animals are often fed shit diets, don't get exercise, and an all round shit quality of life. this leads to a shit meat composition lacking in certain nutrients and excessive micro plastics.
the only solution is to eat locally farm raised meat that had the right conditions. farm raised meat mogs all.
