Your argument fails because yeah sometimes things aren't what they seem just like the earth looks flat but as long as I don't have a reason to think otherwise then my stance is justified epistemologicaly

You think you are chad but that objectively wrong because we have reasons to think otherwise, we could be living in the matrix but I don't have any reason to think so just like having free will

Thats the entire same argument against free will, youve just not engaged with the actual arguments and just side tracked, the entire argument is built around it being an illusion since you yourselfdont exactly know why you picked a certain choice since your bot intelligent or self aware enough. The arguments aginst it does not say that you wont feel free will just because you do not have it, the entire presuposition of your justification is whats being explored, the same way youd have to explore my face to know if im actually chad and my experince isnt suffient on its own, nor is it wven relevant, if you were to look at my face and detirmine if i was chad or not you dont need my input. these studies are flawed because they don't rule out other things

the signal can come from, hearing, touching, other thoughts..etc
