Experience, yes thats the argument, I can chose whether I type this thread or not

Free will is a topic that always confused me not because its "deep" because it is easy and philosophers make more complicated than it seems

I feel like im chad, doesnt mean im chad

I might feel observed, doesnt mean that someone is looking at me

Amputees feel phantom pains

Also the entire argument for free will non existance isnt that you cant chose, its that you cant chose whatever leads ul to your choice, so when you make a choice its 100% because of factors outside of your choice

Your argument fails because yeah sometimes things aren't what they seem just like the earth looks flat but as long as I don't have a reason to think otherwise then my stance is justified epistemologicaly

You think you are chad but that objectively wrong because we have reasons to think otherwise, we could be living in the matrix but I don't have any reason to think so just like having free will

we have reasons to think otherwise,
Thats the entire same argument against free will, youve just not engaged with the actual arguments and just side tracked, the entire argument is built around it being an illusion since you yourselfdont exactly know why you picked a certain choice since your bot intelligent or self aware enough. The arguments aginst it does not say that you wont feel free will just because you do not have it, the entire presuposition of your justification is whats being explored, the same way youd have to explore my face to know if im actually chad and my experince isnt suffient on its own, nor is it wven relevant, if you were to look at my face and detirmine if i was chad or not you dont need my input. Thats the entire point and you missed it

i knew somebody will post this cope

these studies are flawed because they don't rule out other things

the signal can come from, hearing, touching, other thoughts..etc

so unless you do this shit in a completely 0 frequency everything controlled and turn the patient brain these studies are simply useless garbage

your autism lead you to write this thread.

this is the point of the free will debate, everything you do is somehow influenced .

This argument is acknowledged by high tier philosophers

I have the choice to eat tacos or pizzas by pure will if I don't have a reason to believe otherwise then my position is justified

Same case for the external world existing, its like saying oh we are looking if there's something influencing to think so

No it exsist by common sense, so my position is justified
