how much and how often do i take arimidex? im 16 and gonna run 200 test c (beginner dose, gonna add other compounds ofc) no bloodworks because they wont let me hop in here. how do i look for estrogenic sides ect?

okay first off, up that test to 500, then run 0.5 EOD (mon, wed, fri)

Turn it up to at least 300mg for a noticeable difference, also the amount of AI you take should be based on how much estradiol you have, that is very dependent on your body composition (higher bf% means more aromatisation which means more need for AI), honestly the fact that you're doing this without bloodwork already tells me that you SHOULDN'T be doing this, there's a right way to do it and no other way, please be careful with what you do, crashing your estrogen will cause you to feel like shit whilst having too high estrogen will make you fall short of your full height.

i havent grown in over 2 years its allready over. xrays says plates are still partly over but i cant help growing taller. no money for gh

Well you can't only run testosterone and an aromatase inhibitor either, you need at the least some other ancillaries to mitigate the effects of testosterone like eplerenone for blood pressure, fin/dut for DHT and rosuvastatin for lipids, you also need supplements like omega-3s, NAC and TUDCA to protect your liver, plus it wouldn't be a bad idea to include an anti-oxidant protocol.

Also you should include hCG and have a planned PCT (Nolvadex) to make sure you regain your testosterone production quick and easy.

Basically it's not cheap to run a cycle (and stay healthy).
