1mg daily is theraputic dose for height, for ur cycle an AI isnt even needed maybe 0.25 ED if you wanna crank ur plates open go as high until u get low e2 sides like headaches etc then lower dose until manage, REP ME

Youll recover just fine, hcg 3x a week 250iu each pin, 2 pills of any for the first 2 weeks then finish the bag off at one pill per day. REP
